Snapshot July 2, 2026. Everything below is measured — settled marketplace payouts and wall-socket power telemetry from our own hardware — not calculator projections. We build nuza, a GPU compute exchange; this rig is our first host, and publishing its books is how we'd want every platform to treat us.
The rig
8× NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 (Blackwell, 96 GB each — 768 GB of VRAM total) in a single server in Toronto, on a dual-PSU 240 V feed. It currently rents on Vast.ai — that's where renter demand is today. The same machine enrolls on nuza as the fleet grows.

Revenue is settled host-side payouts — money that actually landed, not dashboard accruals. Power is integrated from PSU wall telemetry over the identical window. Even at Ontario's worst commodity rate (OEB rate table ↗, excluding delivery), electricity is a rounding error on a card this class.
What occupancy does at each price
We ran the listing at eight price points over 119.3 settled hours and recorded real occupancy — this is the demand curve for this card class, measured with our own money:

Read it bottom-up: demand for RTX PRO 6000 is deep enough that the rig stays essentially full at $1.20, and in this window it fell off a cliff near $1.50. As of the July 2 model run, the revenue-max plateau estimate was $1.25–$1.37/GPU·hr (~$244/day at full occupancy) — flagged low-confidence. The live model snapshot updates independently and currently reads lower (wider plateau, ~71% expected occupancy up there — worth reading before quoting either number). Runs since July 2 include a $1.50 stretch that filled 87.5% — the cliff may be moving, and we're testing it. Current list price and occupancy always live in that snapshot, not in this prose.
What we learned operating as a host
- Occupancy beats headline price. $0.45 at 99% occupancy out-earns $1.50 at 38%. New hosts who price high and idle are leaving most of the money on the table.
- Power anxiety is overblown for workstation-class cards. 2.4% of revenue, measured at the wall. The real costs are capital and idle time.
- The payout experience is the worst part of hosting. Weekly invoices, payout minimums, payment-processor holds — none of it is necessary. It's why nuza settles hosts at the moment of settlement, instantly, to their wallet, with the fee published and enforced on-chain. How hosting works on nuza →

Revenue: settled payout ledger for this machine, June 19, 2026 → July 2, 2026 (13.6 days). Occupancy: per-run settled-hours ledger from our pricing engine (period-average occupancy is excluded — long-running grandfathered rentals contaminate it).
